BUSINESSES

There are really three types of business opportunities here: Ones that already exist as businesses that are being sold "lock, stock and barrel" with the clientele included, ones that are "Traspasso" which means the business is being sold with the current rental agreement still in place with the owner (i.e. A monthly rental over a period of time is agreed with the owner along with the purchase price of the ongoing business) and then ones that the property (usually up for sale, not rental) is in a prime location to be turned into a business because of the property's location or its size. The later is ideal for someone wishing to start a new enterprise such as a school, gym, or shop.

Being in the center of town it is one of the busiest squares in Olvera, All the parades: the carnival, Reyes, Corpus Christi and Semana Santa all go past here, thus making it a very popular viewing place.

This business is not for the faint hearted, although a well thought out operation could profit enormously on this site.
